HOW TO REALLY MAKE MONEY IN REAL ESTATE

I am keeping small margins now. Trying to balance investor and contractors profits to even them out.

But my boss did ask, how can we make more money building. Here it is.

If you want to make the most money possible in building you must have a lot of capital Here is the list of what you need to do:

1)Buy a lumber mill
2)Buy a fitting and pipe fabrication factory in India
3) Buy all the land available in your market area
4) Get your own contractors license. Have each person in your family get a contractors license. (Brother the plumber, sister the electrician etc etc)
5) Train chimpanzees for the labor because you do not require workers comp insurance on non humans.

EASY AS 1 2 3

This is the best way to optimize your profits in building

You should write a book and offer some coaching...that sounds like one helluva guru program!
