Remodeling Notice Methods

If you’re following my other posts, you’ll know my wife and I are expecting...

Expecting keys on a property next month. We want to notify the other apartment owners/tenants in the building that we will be renovating. We think it will be more professional to give advance notice and want to prevent as much noise complaints, etc. as possible.

We plan on sending an email notification, text message, and hanging an “under construction “ sign in the stairwells.

Does anyone have any thoughts or suggestions on this?
