Need contractor for basement foundation

Hi guys! I am looking for some recommendations of contractors that have done a basement foundation in Southern CA. We live in Reseda in LA County and are finalizing architecture plans tomorrow. 

We want an unfinished basement foundation, either 7 or 8 feet tall made with concrete blocks. Does anyone know of a contractor who has done a project like this who I can contact? Itll be about 600 square feet with a shorter crawl space. It'll be for a two story ADU.
