Kitchen remodel for rental property

Looking to remodel our kitchen in one of our rental properties any suggestions when deciding between gas or electric stoves? Leaning towards electric because I don’t want any gas leaks or accidental grease fires, but is having a gas stove something that appeals to renters? Also, would you invest in a new stove or try to find a used but in good condition stove ? Please leave thoughts, comments, and advice.

Thank you!

I prefer electric preferably with the ceramic/glass top. Gas flames & the red hot electric elements have caused a few fires over the years & we had one tenants dog who could light the gas stove top constantly to the point they had to fence it off. Then you have ruined $20-$35 gas igniters when there is spillage & so far we have never yet had to replace a glass top. I grab them scratch & dent & so far my 8 Samsung's have outlived the couple of LG's I thought I got a deal on.
