Retaining walls and setbacks
We are trying to build a retaining wall between my property and neighbor's. Both have fences but the wall falls in the rear yard setback per some weird land zoning law which means I cannot build more than 3 ft at a time which is a problem for me for reasons I wont get into. Any advise on how to work with the city on workarounds?
