Steps to buying and land development....
Hello,
We've had a dream to build a small campground/rv park and recently found an un-zoned lot for sale that might just work. We downloaded a topo map, had our plan arranged to fit, made a rough draft site rendering and now would like to know how to proceed.
Obviously, we have perc tests, soil samples, environmental studies, etc, we just need to know what steps to take to properly make this work. Do we make an offer on the land first contingent on approvals or is there a way to do this prior to land purchase agreement? We aren't experienced in this type of thing (yet) and would like to proceed properly without wasting anyones time.
Any help/advice you could provide would be amazing! Thank you in advance!
