Real estate Rehab estimating
As a 16 year old I don’t have the knowledge of what labor, materials, contractors, etc would cost. This makes it very difficult to analyze properties with potential because I can’t accurately estimate how much money I would need to put into a property compared to how much I could get out. I’m looking for knowledge on how I could learn these numbers so I could better estimate rehab costs

Honestly man my advice is if you plan to do alot of rehabbing, at 16 go find a job as a helper on the side for a construction company. You'll start learning how things are done, roughly what they cost, you could learn the business from the contractor if you pay attention and on top of that you'd be making better money then most 16 year olds that work at mc Donald's.
