Construction Costs Philadelphia Suburbs

Hello,

I am doing a project for school and was wondering what is the typical construction costs per sqft for a low rise apartment(3 stories) building in the Philadelphia Suburbs excluding land costs. This apartment building would be approximately 50 units give or take. Any input would help.
