How much does it cost to build a custom home in Newton?

We’re in the process of designing the house with an architect. How much does it cost to build a 3000 sq ft custom home in Newton, MA? It will be a rear property of an existing home since we have lots of land and needing to expand due to our growing family. It will be a 4bdr/3.5bath with medium grade finishes with a two story living room. Also, any recommendations on builders? Thank you in advance!
