I have empty property

About 5 years back I had purchased property beside my grandpa. Previous to my purchase a mobile home was torn out and left the property empty. I haven’t done a darn thing with it. It’s fully paid off just paying taxes each year. It is also in a very small rural town. What should I do with it? Ideas please!!
