Best Energy-Efficient Upgrades in PNW?
I just got a triplex under contract in Tacoma, Washington, and during my VA loan process I learned that I can get up to $6k in energy-efficient improvements attached to my mortgage. The house is in pretty good condition, but if you had the chance to wrap $6k of energy upgrades into the mortgage, what would you include?
