Home builder or handyman recommendation, Jax FL

I'm in jax FL with a duplex in which the bottom story needs a medium amount of work.  It's a budget friendly rental so I'm not looking for top of the line workmanship. 

Tasks are things like:

sistering in new studs along partially rotted studs

sheetrock replacement

pre-hung door installation

painting

installing cabinets

Can anyone recommend a handyman in the jax area?
