General Contractors-Amsterdam, The Netherlands

Hi BiggerPocket Dutchies!

I will be going through my first topper project in the next couple months. I will be converting an attic space into a living space. Does anyone have any recommendations of reliable contractors that I could partner with? I plan to go through multiple renovation projects in the future. Also, does anyone have any words of wisdom of managing contracting projects in the Netherlands. How does it differ than other countries? What sort of project milestones should I set with them? What should I look for when selecting a contractor?

Really excited to learn/listen!

Greg
