Building a manufactured home in Tallahassee, FL

I own a 7+ acre piece of land located in a neighborhood south east of Tallahassee about a mile from the intersection of Old Plank and Natural Bridge Road which has trees covering the property. I currently have it listed for sale at $50k but I would also like to consider the costs of site preparation and construction vs potential sale value of the new manufactured home.

From what I have gathered, the lot clearing would be approximately 3k to 6k per acre. I have contacted a manufactured home building company but have not heard back from them yet.

Does anyone have contacts that can provide some knowledge on whether this is a good idea or any other options I have with this land?
