Looking for New Construction Financing

Good morning (or afternoon depending where you live) BP family,

I have a client who purchased a piece of land last year that we are attempting to get rezoned and split up in order to build 5-6 homes to sell to homeowners. The property is in the Palm River area of Tampa and is flat.

He is looking to start with at least two homes to build at first then complete the rest.

Does anyone have any contacts or the ability to fund these kind of deals? We would prefer someone local to the area but are open to anything.

Any kind of insight or advice is also appreciated!
