Contractors in Bangkok

Hey everyone. I am currently living in Bangkok, Thailand and looking for a reputable contractor who specializes in residential properties. I am trying to learn this side of the business (i.e. estimating expenses, what to look for in a property, etc) and seeing if anyone knows/is a contractor out here that can help me. I am essentially looking to work with a contractor for FREE in order to gain first hand experience on development. Thanks everyone!
