Let's Hear From Developers Who Aren't Building and Why

If there are developers who aren't building, it would be interesting to learn the reasons that they are choosing not to build new right now.  Anything from land costs, labor costs, material costs. market saturation, financing challenges, etc.

Thanks

@William Coet you want a 20-30% gross profit margin and you want to build at the price point that is selling and in the most demand in your market.

The main metric I look for is demand. I check inventory, days on market, under contract and sold comps and days on market for those.
