Development Land in Tax Foreclosure
I focus on the BRRR strategy for small residential properties, but stumbled upon a good piece of land that is listed on our sheriff's sale list for tax foreclosure. The land is in a desirable suburb with other new development, and the owner being foreclosed on is actually a developer. Is there any reason why a developer would abandon a piece of land and just stop paying taxes?
