Building a spec house-insurance questions

I’m beginning my first new construction home in the next few weeks. I’m looking at insurance and trying to figure out how much coverage and what kind of coverage I need. It seems I need builders risk and general liability. Is this correct? Also, how much general liability should a company have? There might be more info needed to answer these questions so Please ask away if need be. The home cost will be about $175k.
