Does anyone have experience with Big Head Industry in Indiana?

I have had a really bad experience with a previous contractor so I am trying to get any feedback on here with future vendors that I use. I have done research online on Big Head Industry and they look legit. There was a nice article on the Herald Bulletin regarding how the company is transforming homes in Anderson Indiana. Hoping to find investors on here that can provide recommendations. TIA
