South Jersey Contractor Recommendation???

I need a contractor to walk a property with me ASAP. Can someone please steer me in the right direction. I can look online and make calls but I was hoping someone may have some they trust who is looking for business in my area. I am trying to push forward with getting my first real deal under contract but my 5-5 keeps me tied up a lot but I’m still digging. I am no stranger to construction and I normally do all my work myself unless it’s electrical then I hired it out but I am looking for someone to manage a full rehab this time. Much appreciated!!

PS- I am always looking for partners or real private money lenders or even just someone to network with around me, just throwing that out there.
