Wanting to Sell my land to a developer
So I have a tract of land on the marsh and want to possibly sell to a developer, I do not know the best way to contact or how to find developers looking for land . I do not want to list on the mls. Any suggestions on this ?

You can google search for developers in your area, drive around and look for new subdivisions and commercial developments and contact the developers, contact commercial realtors that handle land and off to pay them to bring you a buyer.
