When do you need to pull electrical permits in jersey city? Based on our inspection report we need to install GFCI outlets are they are not present in kitchen and bathroom area. As well as adding new light fixture points instead of having lights on the wall. What is the real purpose of permits and what do the inspectors check for ? Thanks
