Looking dependable contractors-SW florida

Looking to do bathroom re-model.   Need dependable contractor, thats licensed and has referrals in SW florida area....    Any advice on going after judgement here in florida.... Looks like we have locate the person's property which can't be there primary residence, then turn that along with fee into sheriif's office.....   Any insight??
