Home Appraisal question

Hello all,

I am in the beginning stages of working on my first deal. That is, I’m doing as much research as possible and learning as much as possible.

My question is this...

When rehabing a house, is there any way of knowing what materials will give you the most bang for your buck. Is there any book that dives into this? I have read the BRRRR book and know that there are hacks for smaller spaces. Didn't know if there were any literature out there that was recommended by some people that were more seasoned.

Any and all help is appreciated!

Thanks,

Steve Brown
