before-and-after home remodeling costs...your market?

https://www.improvenet.com/before-and-after-home-remodeling-costs For those of you asking for help estimating rehab costs, sounds like survey respondents in some areas are pretty good at estimating materials at least...attributed to diy and flip shows. Are these costs similar to your market? I believe these are Cincinnati numbers.
