So my wife and I are wanting to get started with real estate however I have some questions that I would like some input from someone with at least a little bit of experience. First of all should we try and get an LLC before we buy our first property? Second of all if we take some money out of a retirement account about how much will we have to pay in taxes? Third if we were to flip a house about how much would we have to pay for taxes? I will leave it at that for now. Thanks to everyone who takes the time to read this!
