Rehabbing in Jacksonville florida

Anthony Lynch
Posted

Hi everyone. Im looking to buy property in jacksonville to rehab and hold to rent. What experiences have you had with rehabbing in regards of finding good deals and contractors along with city permit issues or zoning issues if any. Also is there any particular areas that you would recommend in looking at as solid investment with good long term tenants. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

@Anthony Lynch I currently invest in Jacksonville and have done rehabs. I've had great experiences with my contractor and handyman but I know others who have had trouble finding good help. There are plenty of properties that need rehabbing in Jax! As for areas, it depends how much you want to spend and how extensive of a rehab you want to do. Send me a message and we can chat further. Happy to help  :)
