Building a small apartment
I own a 6000 sqft lot which is allowed to build a ~14000 sqft apartment. The lot is near to an university so there shouldn't be any issue with getting tenants. I am doing some analysis on whether I should sell it after permit is approved, or build it and rent out. I built several SFHs before but I have never built an apartment. I was wondering if someone knows the details of cost to build an apartment? Also I am willing to pay for expense sheet of finished projects. I'm in Seattle area.
