Lic. General Contractor Bay City

Hello,

I am looking for a reasonable/fair Lic. General Contractor in Bay City, MI that can help pull review and pull permits on a gas split that was recent done.

The person that I had do the work did not have a license and the contractor that he was under has disappeared. I need to have a mechanical inspection done, but I am afraid that anyone new coming onboard will want to FIND something to fix, prior to any inspection.

Any help from the community will help.
