Evansville, Indiana Area-Looking for a contractor to remodel a bathroom and kitchen in a home built in the 1930s. I have very limited in knowledge of remodeling other than reading horror stories. Wanting someone who has experience working with older home issues. Will be starting the project in the next 3-4 months.
