Percolation Reports - Where to find the best rate?

Michelle G.

Hey everyone,

Just bought my first investment property to "flip" but definitely bit off more than I can chew. We are in the process of getting a permit to build an addition to the house but it's quite overwhelming. We're particularly stuck on getting a percolation report for the septic tank system. Online it says average price is anywhere from $200-1000, but the quotes keep coming in at $2350 and up! The property is in Chino CA 91710 - definitely not a ritzy Beverly hills place, but has potential to be beautiful. Does anyone have any advice on finding affordable percolation tests out here? Please advise. Thanks so much!
