Hello Bigger Pockets, Does anyone have experience in the Cobb County /Marietta area? Specially, does anyone have any insight into current developments taking place in the area? Building cost? Who are the major players in this space? Market conditions? I have a property property under contract, SFR property that is zoned commercial. So, I’m trying to determine the value of the property from a commercial stand point. Thank you for any and all advice. Canesha
