Wood Stove heating in Rental?
I am hoping to aquire a multi-family home and start house hacking. This will allow me to make my current residence into a single family rental.
My Residence now is in a rural setting and is heated with electric baseboard and a wood stove in the basement. Is it a good idea to leave the wood stove for a tenant to run with the potential for house fires? Or should I look into replacing with a gas or oil furnace?
