Cost of Land For Building Spec

For all of you experienced in building spec houses, what kind of pricing are you looking for for just the land itself (not construction or development costs)? Is it a price per sqft/acre or a percentage of the overall cost of the entire project?... For clarity, I am only talking about a single, standalone lot for a single-family home as an infill/in an existing neighborhood.
