Good evening. Does anyone here have experience with new construction in New Orleans? Specifically I am in the process of acquiring a lot onto which I intend to build a 5-plex. I am looking options on who can finance with a construction loan, as well as any advice on how to project soft costs, hard costs, and other miscellaneous fees.
