Looooooking for a contractor

I am in the process of getting into a contract to purchase an investment property for rental purposes. The property needs a complete rehab - flooring, kitchen, bathroom and painting, etc. 

the property is around Pomona area. 

So looking for a contractor to help me in this process of rehab.
