Ok I am trying to build my future home in East Mesa on an acre lot. Looking to find some good numbers on build cost and contractors willing to work with me and my wife. I want to try and put a budget together before we buy the land so we know what we are in for. I have flipped a couple homes and have rentals but i always do all the work myself. A house is little much for 1 guy. There are things i would do myself to save on costs if it makes since. hoping for a basement and 2000 sq ft house. Home would need septic. no need to remove fill.
