Need good Subs in Houston TX and info on saving $ materials

Hello all, My wife and I just bought a live in flip and even though we plan on doing most of the work ourselves we know we will need some professional help. Subs we’ll most likely need - tile, drywall, plumbing and electrical. We also obtained a tax ID and were wanting to know how we go about get a contractor discount with building materials.
