Finding Financing for a Shipping Container home in Atlanta, GA

I'm currently looking to purchase a piece of land within the City Limits of Atlanta and build a 4 - 6 Container home to ultimately resell.  I currently have the contractor, but I'm finding it difficult to find proper financing for the project at hand.  I understand it's a very unconventional way of living, but I feel like this property would stand out amongst other neighboring homes.  I'm open to any ideas.
