Looking for a bathroom renovation - Avondale, Chicago

Hello all! I am looking to start a bathroom guy rehab on my property in Avondale Chicago. Had a couple of questions: I am looking to get some one in to see the property this Saturday (5/5) is this too short of notice for that type of turn around? Any good recommendations of people you have worked with for a gut rehab? This is going to be a house hack property and we would like to get the work done ASAP. Is there a rough estimate on time frame for a bathroom gut project? This will require a small amount of electrical work. 1 week? 2 weeks? Thanks in advance for any advice.
