Hi Bigger pocket Investors, So I have a situation, my contractor has a buildable lot in a hot area. He does not have the capital to build on the lot but I do. How can I structure the deal so both of use come out clean when we sell the new construction house. Mind you, he will be building the house with his crew. I Would love your insight on this deal so I can present it to him. Thanks.
