Where to get development land refinanced?

This is a follow up to my last post regarding development financing.

We need to get 3 tracts totaling about 63 acres off of one bank and to another. Do you know of anyone that will refinance these? Above 75% LTV? Tax appraisal is 663 and we owe 510k.
