Anyone invest outside of the country?

Hi everyone,

I was presented an opportunity to invest out of the country in Nicaragua and I am looking for someone who has experience on new builds outside of the country or who has even invested in Nicaragua.  I know it's a long shot.....the person who approached me has land in Nicaragua and wants to build.  Just looking for some advice.
