Anybody else in the Pacific NW have problems with Adair Homes?

Looking for anyone else with a bad experience with Adair Homes in the Pacific Northwest?  I hired them to build me several duplexes on my land in Oregon and it has been a nightmare.  I'm curious if they have charged exorbitant fees to other investors for things the municipality says are fine, but Adair says are not?
