Info Request for Concrete 4plex Building - Cost & Contractors

I am fascinated by the possibility of concrete home construction options. I am trying to evaluate a few vacant lots to see if I could put a 4plex on them in Brevard County, FL. Has anyone here done precast concrete or similar for a 4plex in the Florida market or even the Gulf Coast? What has your experience been and who did you work with?
