Durable DIY flooring

Hi! About to start my first diy reno on a property. I’ve been checking out flooring options and am really liking the AquaGuard vinyl plank at Floor and Decor. Does anyone have any experience with it? Any other options that you loved? Thanks in advance for any tips!

@Helena Chen My neighbor last week was showing me a sample of  Aquagard he put in one of his rentals.  He liked how it looked and said as a DIY it wasn't bad to install.   He said it was on sale when he bought it.  What are you getting quoted per square foot?
