Anyone experienced in new construction in Rhode Island or MA

Hello everyone.  I'm curious if there's anyone who has experience with new construction in Rhode Island or Massachusetts.  I've done several multifamily rehab projects ranging from minor to major and I would like to build a small apartment building (6-10 units) that I plan on holding in my portfolio long term. I have my own funds to put down and I also have a construction lender that I've done construction type loans with in the past. Any input or feedback would be appreciated.  Please feel free to reply here or message me directly.  Thanks in advance
