Aloha BP’ers - I just wanted to see if anyone had information or investment opinions on the upcoming “Koa Ridge” development on Oahu, HI. I have a possible opportunity on getting in earlier on buying and figured I’d ask while also doing my own due diligence. Mahalo for your time 🤙🏽 Laine

Laine Furukawa do the math and it will tell you what to doo. Build you spreadsheet with the years going across and the down payment or reserve and assume a 20% ROI every year (assumption for basic real estate investing) compare it with what your assumption on the appreciation. Which is higher?
