Hi Bigger Pocket members, My name is Ashley and I have a 13,000 sqft lot in East Atlanta, GA that I need help selling. Does anyone know of and builders/developers in the area?? My asking price for the Lot is 70k, new construction in the area is selling for 425k+ and this lot is in front of the East Lake Golf Course.
